Capital Valet LLC is a central Ohio valet trash company, started by someone who lives in an apartment community and knows what makes a trash chore easy or not.
Why this exists
Taking the trash out is a small part of apartment life, but residents notice it every day. When it's quick and close to home, nobody thinks about it. That's the goal: a chore so easy it disappears.
We built Capital Valet around that. Cans a few steps from home, there whenever residents need them, with no set-out time and nothing to get wrong. For the management team, it means a cleaner property and a vendor who shows their work.
We design from the resident outward. The property manager is the client and signs the agreement — but residents use the service every day, and a service they like is the one that works best for everyone.
What we hold to
- A full can is our failure. Never a resident's violation. We add capacity; we don't write people up.
- We don't fine anyone. We have no lease relationship with residents and no business penalising them. Where a consequence is warranted, we document it and hand it to the management office.
- No extra layer of rules. Residents already have a lease. We're not adding a second rulebook on top of it about which can, which bag, which hour.
- Employees, not contractors. Every porter we hire is W2, background-checked, uniformed. It costs more and it's the right way to put someone on a residential property.
- Show the work. Every stop photographed, every route logged, reports sent without being asked for.
Where we serve
Apartment communities across central Ohio. We're growing deliberately and locally — close enough that the person who answers the phone can get to your property quickly.
The name
"Capital" for central Ohio. "Valet" because that's what this service is called, even if we do it a little differently.
