Pricing
Know the numbers.
Then talk about the fit.
Four published rates. The same standard pricing for doorstep and shared-point collection, across layouts.
| Total doors at one property | Per door / month |
|---|---|
| Under 60 | $20 |
| 60–99 | $17 |
| 100–149 | $16 |
| 150 or more | $15 |
Count every apartment and townhome at one property, vacant or occupied. Its size-band rate applies to every door.
What the rate covers
Every door counts, including vacancies. One size-band rate applies to all doors at each property, for either setup and across layouts.
Includes agreed tied-household-trash collection to your dumpster or compactor and cleanup of our collection spills. Your container and off-site hauling costs remain.
Days and frequency are agreed; this is not a universal five-night package. High-rises, bulk hauling and service beyond five nights per week need separate pricing after a visit.
Equipment, doorstep rules, recycling and broader recurring cleaning need their agreed scope. Estimates are preliminary; final scope and terms belong in the signed agreement.
A 100-door example
Estimated Capital Valet charge to the property, including vacant homes. Your receiving-container and off-site hauling costs remain separate.
A few useful answers
The details,
without the guesswork.
Who pays for the service?
Capital Valet bills the property. The property decides how to fund the service and whether to charge residents. We do not bill residents or set their charge.
What if I manage several properties?
Each property is quoted separately. Doors are not pooled into one online price tier. Any multi-property arrangement is addressed in contract negotiations.
Is a visit required for an estimate?
You can ask for an initial estimate by email or phone. A total needs a door count; if you do not know it yet, start a conversation. High-rises, bulk hauling and service beyond five nights per week require separate pricing after a visit.
How often do you collect?
Days and frequency are agreed for the property. The published rates do not establish a universal five-night schedule.
